Moses Scout Reservation, as part of the Western Massachusetts Council of Scouting America, structures its pricing and promotions primarily around its core mission of youth development. For summer camp programs, there are typically tiered fee structures based on registration deadlines. For example, "Early Bird" fees are offered for those who register and pay deposits by a specific date (e.g., April 1st), providing a discount over the "Full Fee" or "Late Fee." Units that attended the previous year and reserve their campsite early may also qualify for a "Loyalty Fee," which offers the largest discount per Scout. Additionally, the reservation often provides a "New Scout Fee" for those who have recently joined Scouting. A significant benefit for families is the "Sibling Discount," which offers a reduced rate for each additional child from the same family attending camp. While general public discounts on cabin rentals outside of official Scout events are less common, it is always advisable for non-Scouting groups interested in renting facilities during off-season periods to contact the Western Massachusetts Council directly. They may have specific rental rates or packages available for community groups, corporate retreats, or family gatherings, especially during times when formal Scout programming is not in session. Inquire about group rates for multi-night stays or off-peak booking incentives.
