Loon Lagoon Reviews
This campground is very clean and well kept. It's a great location near the heart of vilas county bike trail, along with many lakes for fishing swimming and enjoying out doors (loon lagoon itself is weedy and mucky). The owners were generally friendly, but would not honor their weekly rate as advertised on their website. Also, there is no cable and no wifi so be prepared for only PBS if you dont have your own satellite.or Hotspot. Dogs are king at this campground, and if you dont have one be prepared to be told several times you should.

Oct 13, 2024 · Thomas DeVitoJust wanted to say thank you for the hospitality. Brenda and Gary are so nice and good spirited people. The campground is grate for kids and families with a game room fishing and plenty of room for the kids to run. The bathrooms are up to date and very clean. It is a beautiful place to spend some time and town is very close so it's easy to step out real quick and pick up any amenities that you may have forgotten. I hope I get back up this way to spend more time. I ❤️ Loon Lagoon.
Aug 14, 2019 · Tim LeuenbergerQuite clean larger spots. Great free showers. Reasonably priced laundry too. Many of the sites are permanent but they have several for those who stop by. In the high summer you would need to book in advance. Friendly people and dog friendly too.
