Hayden Fork Campground Reviews
Beautiful place! We went in the late spring before the camp opened and had the whole place to ourselves.
June 08 · Ceara NoblesI'd leave -5 stars if I could, camp host is full of himself, and told my wife she has 5 min to get cash or he's calling the cops, all my wife asked was if we could pay with card.. we got pulled over on our way home because of him to but of course all was good.. he told the cops my wife was drunk and there was no such thing.. camp host will ruin it for you if you're not careful. I have NEVER been in an altercation like this, and I've never had to deal with cops until this day. One of the worst days of my life. He has long hair in a pony tail and he's a coward watch out for him. P.S nobody drank any alcohol at my camp. We tried to use an app that let's you pay for campsites. He's just too old to know it's a thing and responds with an attitude if you ask him about it.
August 03 · USarmySoldier80#7 is definitely the best area to camp. Gorgeous spot by the river. Saw a moose around dawn, so definitely a good reason to keep your dog on leash! Facilities were clean and well kept as well. Highly recommend!
July 18 · Rachel BritoIf you ever get the chance to camp out here do it! Be prepared for chilly nights and stay aware of the weather (It's above 10.000 feet). But the hiking, fishing, sights are what you can't find at the lower altitudes. If you go prepared you will have the time of your life.
September 12 · Brad WindGreat place really quite. And the river is amazing.
