This is one of the best campgrounds we have stayed at. Location is prime for anything you could want to do in Pigeon Forge while offering a quiet and beautiful environment with stunning mountain views. The grounds, pool, and facilities are impeccably kept. The staff was super accommodating. They even assisted me with loading ice and firewood into my car. We completely enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this campground. You will not be disappointed.
Jun 24, 2025 · Tonette McGruderWhere do I start? Nice location, odd to have a camp ground resort office closed on Tuesday/Wednesday but it is what it is. Ants all over the place, maintenance came by with some raid that didn’t help. I went to the store and got ain’t bait gel. Found Roaches inside the unit Cottage unit P. Light fixture cover fell down in bathroom. Mold in shower, basic dishes. Talked to Management and got a partial refund on our stay. Zero customer service experience, went to the office to get Toilet paper and it was a task to get it, and she seemed bothered and like it was coming out of their own checks. Than we checked out Friday early afternoon, we still had all kinds of family still staying there. We had a family reunion so we brought in a lot of money to their resort. When we were checked out but still had family still staying there for another day, my family was at the pool and the manager made a remark about us not being a registered guest anymore that we’re still on property. I’m a guest of someone now that’s a registered guest. All while she has her family members in the pool only for registered guests. Small laundry facilities. When I got home I received a $51.55 charge and called them and was informed that is was due to towels that were stained? We never used the towels for anything other than Showering. Did they take pictures of the towels before they were in our unit? Did they take pictures of the damaged towels after we used them? Did they wash each units towels separate after each person checks out? Or is this a way to get the money back that’s you refunded us already? My family’s does Family reunions and usually go back to a location more than once. We do not recommend this location.
Jul 01, 2025 · Chris MayhewWe spent 5 nights at the RV park while we were vacationing at Smoky Mountain National Park. Our spot was in section A (Site 12) which was shaded well by a tree. The bathrooms were nice but did not appear to be cleaned on the weekend. The park had nice areas for our dogs to walk around and do their business. We were close to the national park but not on a major street so the park did not have traffic noise. We did not use the pool so I cannot comment. But we saw many others use the pool and the children's play ground. We enjoyed our time while we were there and would consider staying at this park again.
Jun 21, 2025 · Linda LacyComplaintWe just spent a week here for our bi-annual family reunion. We rented 4 RV sites, 2 Cabins and 9 Park Mobiles. We were happy with the location. We have done these reunions every other year since 1963. Staying in various places. With the volume of income we bring in, most places have included the use of their clubhouse or Pavilion for at least one day during our week stay. This place refused any discount off the $400 cost for a days rental. When I asked if we could use the pavilion in their extended stay area we were told no, it was only for their extended stay guests. Looking at the 15 picnic tables there, anyone can see that it hasn’t been used in ages. When I expressed the need for tables and chairs for 65 people for the day we use the clubhouse, they had no info to share. Later I found a company and found out they live on the property since 2017 and the campground is aware of their business. Two employees, Roy (I believe grounds and maintenance) and Chase (Section B front desk) lacked good communication skills and any customer service skills. Several of my family mentioned him and her.We were told more than once the clubhouse was open 24/7 and when we went to play cards and set up our table and 4 chairs. Roy came and said he was there to lock the doors. After explaining we were told it was open 24/7 he was rude and said my manager said to lock it. We asked to speak to the manager or for him to call and explain to her…. And he refused. Most of our park mobile had ants … they came and sprayed ant killer. 2 of our family members are pest controllers and on separate occasions pointed out that to get rid of the problem they need to find the colony and treat it…. Even sharing what should be used. On of them found two cockroaches and mold in the bathroom. All had issues with the rationing of toilet paper…. 6 people or more in a cabin needs more then 1 roll of toilet paper. If you go to the office (when the are open) they give you one roll) Then the office is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. I was also told by the manager, Stacy that for stays 7 days or less no towel service will be provided only one kitchen towel and one set of towels per person will be given. If they are dirty the guest will be expected to wash them if they want or need a clean one. When I asked to speak to the manager a message was given at 10am Thursday, on Friday I went in around 10am since I had not heard from her. Was told she wasn’t in, Chase stated she didn’t know when or if she would be in….. I asked that she text her and let her know I was waiting for a call. Just after 12, I saw the manager come to the pool area and told her I had been waiting for her call. She said she just got there….. no excuse for not calling me on Thursday. After explaining our experience…. She didn’t offer any apologies, or compensation…. Basically just listened. She didn’t offer any say she had a “training meeting” scheduled for this coming Tuesday. Sharing our experience…… seems like they are just about the $$$ money $$$
Jun 28, 2025 · Kathy BobrowThe grounds are kept okay cleaned up. The RV spots to park some are leveled and others are way off. Took a walk around the location and the pool , and it was okay. My spot was located at another address and wasn’t provided to me before hand so I drove to the main address location and then was directed to another location down the road. Does not have many amenities but it is great priced. I only spoke to one employee and she was nice and very friendly. Overall it is a nice place just needs a little pick me up .
