★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This campground is beautiful. The sites are level and each equipped with a bear box, an animal proof garbage can, a fire ring and very sturdy metal grate picnic tables. They all are on or near the creek and sheltered by trees. Sites are well spaced out and feel private. There is potable water at the entrance to the campground. The only downside is you do need to walk to most of the sites, but the walk for most isn't more than a few hundred steps.
June 22 · Kevin MeinkaIf you're on a motorcycle stay here. The ride up is epic and the views are amazing. Nice pit bathrooms and the sites are set up great! Great value and the hike to the waterfall is great too.
August 18 · Chris DostieSuch an an amazing campsite!! I wish we could have stayed longer. We found a waterfall just a short hike from the site. There was so much wild sage and it smelled amazing. I have to return someday. Such a beautiful and secluded location. There was only one other occupied site while we were there.
January 31 · Tiffany LedfordBeautiful falls with a very nice, shady picnic spot at the trailhead. Good parking. Clean outhouse. This is a great visit on those sweltering summer afternoons. The hike up is a bit steep between the upper and lower falls. The upper falls are the ones to see as they are by far the grander of the two. Be careful if it just rained! The hike can get rather slippery in places.
July 06 · Idaho_B&TThere is a great little hike to the lower falls or you can choose a harder hike to get to the upper falls. It offers campgrounds if you want to park in the parking lot and pack all your things to one of the camp spots, which is the only reason I have 4 stars.
