Campground ★4.0

Caribou Targee National Forest, Forest Rd 416, Montpelier, ID 83254, USA

4.0
Emigration campground is close to Bear Lake, and Montpelier idaho. The bathrooms are clean, and well maintained. We stayed in site 003 and felt like we had plenty of privacy. It was a lovely site to camp in.The campground connects to the highline trail and vehicles under 60 inches wide are allowed. At times four wheelers would race up and down the campground roads not obeying the traffic guidelines within the campground.Highway 36 is also near the campground and you can hear engine breaks at all times of day. This campground also has air traffic overhead regularly. - Jamie Hirschi
