We loved our stay! Excellent location, bathhouses were always clean, and the site had everything we needed for having 2 kids under 3. Sure, the sites were smaller but it didn’t bother us any. Plus, the pool was a great way to cool off at the end of the day, would stay again!

The Good: Very nice, clean and private bathroom/showers. Full hook ups. Close to attractions. Friendly staff and respectful campers who observed quiet time.The Bad: The sites are really close to each other. One pool was closed, the other was dirty. The smaller playground needs updated.The Ugly: You cannot pick your own spot unless you want to pay an extra $100, this is absurd to me! We were put in a spot with everything I would avoid due to traffic. Right behind us was the bathroom/showers, pool and smaller playground and absolutely no shade or privacy.

We got exactly what we expected. Good deal in the pigeon forge area, owners were very nice, small camping slips - way better then the literal parking lot “rv resorts” downtown, way cheaper then the KOA with equally tiny spots, 15 min walk to the bus stop, 1/2 hr walk to Dollywood parking lot trams.Staff were very nice, I chose a site on an outside corner and felt we had a good amount of space but can see where others felt it was cramped. We had to get a little creative with dumping as the hookup was at a higher grade then the (super level) site.Only one pool was working but the kids were still happy. Lightning bugs galore!!! So pretty at night. 2 playgrounds.Only complaint, which I did NOT share with the management so it may have been able to be resolved was a few uncomfortable situations my teenage/preteen daughters had. Another reviewer also commented about this and I didn’t think much of it until it happened to us. Our truck was off the site but our 12 and 13 yr old daughters were there with our 20 yr old son (who was in his tent) and our 16 yr old son who was on a walk. An older man stopped and began asking them about our hammock and how comfortable it would be to lay in it and how he’s there with his friends. He left and our sons made sure they were visible with the girls until we got back from the grocery store but then was at the pool watching them the next day - him and some other older man. My daughter with special needs didn’t seem to recognize the danger just that it was weird that he had so many questions about the hammock and lying in it, my other daughter was very clear that she had a bad feeling, felt uncomfortable in both situations and immediately brought her sister back to the campsite as they had gotten down there before us.I’m thinking this may be the same person - perhaps a seasonal? Could be harmless with maybe not great social boundaries and just friendly but you have to follow your gut (and your kids gut!)

Stayed in a cabin that had ants, no hot water, air conditioning didn’t work well, and smelled bad. Refrigerator barely worked and was reported and got told “yes it does work” at the office. Broken trim on the walls. There was no wifi as advertised. Only one pool was open. Was not made aware of the wifi and pool before arrival. Very little room around RV spots which made the road cramped. The only pool that was open wasn’t very clean. Had to basically clean entire cabin yourself before leaving or you would be charged a fee when the place didn’t look very clean upon arrival. Bath houses were decently clean and trash was picked up often out of the trash bins. Cleaning staff was friendly.

Decent spot for our camper it is conveniently located. Only one pool open for the Fourth of July with a packed camp ground is not ideal at all. The wifi also isn't working and the pond does not have fish in it. So for to advertise one thing and get there and have half the amenities available is a pretty bad look. We did see some reviews a month and over a month ago saying only one pool and no WiFi but you would think in the middle of summer they would have both pools and fix the wifi by now. Dog park and playgrounds also need mowed and around most campsites. Also annoying that on the 4th of July they have people using chainsaws most the day in the middle of the campground. Not very pleased!
