B Loop Champoeg State Heritage Area Reviews
Great spot. we spent a few days here in site 11. The ranger thought we would have a hard time getting into the spot due to our length (40ft fifth wheel) but we managed without difficulty. It is a sharp right turn, but it is doable. The park is well maintained and quiet. We do not have pets, but there are areas for pet, as well as walking trails.
May 27, 2025 · Nancy BentonThe cabins, restrooms and showers are clean and well kept, - almost immaculate, actually - the park staff is friendly and helpful, and the trails and vast park area are well maintained, clean, easily traversed, and accessible, with plenty of plant and animal life to view, including an abundance of too-friendly squirrels.
Feb 14, 2023 · Squiffy BumboWe stayed in the walk-up tent area in June. It had rained earlier in the week and there was still a bit of mud but otherwise it was a nice site. It's actually not far from the parking at all, not bad to carry supplies back and forth.Bathrooms and shower were well maintained. Loved exploring the park by bicycle. We'll definitely come back for a longer family vacation in the future. For more great things to see and do, search for "Intentional Travelers Willamette Valley" to find our article on hidden gems!
Sep 08, 2022 · Intentional TravelersEnjoyed our stay at loop B, our site was #11. Pull through paved and level site, water & 30 amp electric. Very good verizon cell reception. There is a 18 hole disc golf course, you can purchase disc's at the main office. The only negative is that the dump station is closed, the nearest dump is at the Flying J's for $10. Would stay here again due to it being close to Portland.
Sep 23, 2019 · L. EstevezB loop is Nice area. A loop however is kind of run-down with high grass and weeds that are as high as five feet or more and some places. Trailer dump station is closed because of a drain field problem
