Woodland Hills Reviews
No maintenance. It was like living over a litter box all because the owner refused to fix a 20$ price of skirting around bottom of the trailer. Not to mention the dead animals over a 2 year time frame. I would wake up in the middle of the night listening to animals fight and have coitus under my bedroom. Rent at your own risk. In the winter of 2024 my skirting blew off the back of trailer running my electric heat bill up to approx 940$ in 2 months. It's may 2025 and still not fixed. I had 3 different property managers in under 2 years. The owner is UNFIT to own property. Indiana law is definitely not going to help you as a renter. You will pay top dollar and be ignored when there is an issue!!!Renter beware!
May 08, 2025 · Christopher MalottOur NEW property manager really stepped up and handled a serious situation last Friday night after the storm rolled through and I had a huge branch on my home! She got it taken care of that night! Thank you Ms. Wendy!!

Fan too; are running. I don't mind cats but I'm allergic. Who wants to sleep over a litter box and male cat spray its not right.? No maintenance!!! Ive been nice and for 18 months they refuse to clean the cat urine, my duct work sprayed by males, etc;;I don't recommend living here.
Apr 26, 2025 · chris malottI just moved out, i really wish I didn’t have to! Job calls, but I got my deposit back no problem! Kim is an amazing woman and manages our park great. She is always out and about in our community, seeing what the people need. Work order gets done in a timely manner. Handy man is friendly and does a great job. Park is clean and taken care of. She’s also so friendly, makes everyone feel welcome. 1000% recommend this park.
Oct 25, 2024 · MaKayla RagleIf I could give a 0/5 star rating I would. I applied to live here and was accepted after going through the application process and spending $60. The property manager Kim is never in the office during office hours and she is impossible to get ahold of. She made an appointment for a time that worked best for her for me to collect my keys and failed to show up or give me a call back about it. She then rescheduled the appointment and failed to show again a second time. Not only is she unprofessional but she can’t even manage her job. I wasted $60 to apply that I can’t get back and I wasted gas money driving 40 minutes there and back on two separate occasions. It was a struggle for me to even apply and get my keys. I couldn’t imagine being someone that lives there and not even getting something solved when you have an issue. Like I said, she can’t even pick up the phone and answer a call.
