I never lived there but in the next park . I had problems that concernd me.. 1 once they did nothing when a resident was trapping cats in the winter uncovered cage and leaving them till they die.. and laughing at it.. I finally had a, and cops, rescues deal with it . Also this last 2 weeks they have a dumping issue every day I woke up I have to get big garbage bags out of the ditch.. after all those bags .. and ness was cleaned ( I had to let police know) that are still dumping garbage bags in the ditch.. please put a camera up or something to catch them . Trash is flying all over my yard and my park will fine our residents
Jun 06, 2025 · Lynn BradyI moved out Oct 1st 2024 I was told by Angela my refund check for my security deposit would arrive after 30 days Angela told me the check was mailed Oct 31st Today is Nov 13th still no check I have left several messages at the office and at customer service No response from either I checked the Better Business Bureau and found out this happens alot with them I guess it's time to call my attorney Their quick to charge late fees if rent isn't paid on time But not to refund your moneyUpdate Nov 20 2024Still no refund. Supposedly was mailed on the 16th. I called the office and was told to call back in a couple of days. Seriously it's been 52 days since I moved.Refunds are supposed to be paid after 30 days

Very comfortable and very affordable considering the outrageous housing costs now. The maintenance here is very kind and prompt. Angela and Jodi work diligently to make sure all work orders are high priority. I recently had issues with my oven/stove and Angela ended up just ordering me a replacement. I expected the stove to be older/refurbished same model but I received a beautiful brand new stove with a grill top! I was so happy! Very appreciative of the quality of service! Thank you Angela!

The lot rent doesn't include garbage pickup. My opinion I think they had to pay all these people who left a good review. I use to live in the park before this owner and all I can say they turned it into a dump!

Likes to harass people about their yard yet the lady who works here lives up front and her place looks poorly. Has a cat issue and doesn't want to solve it but will charge residents for feeding animals. Can't fix the park for the kids but can bring in new mobile homes every 2 months. My rent is $1200 for a mobile home that was built very poorly. Just all around a very poorly managed place to live and I cannot wait to move
