No physical address issued by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Services. Community Mailing Unit Numbers and Lot Numbers are not registered with the United States Postal Service, or with West Deptford Township. Still waiting for the removal of an illegal electrical connection ( see photo ).

Residents are also helping by cleaning up their own lots. I must say it's really looking great here and I feel very comfortable and safe here. Also, now they are bringing in new mobile homes to sell or rent. Why pay all that $$$$ on an apartment when you can pay less then $500 a month for lot rent. Very quiet area and lots of beautiful trees. A+++++

No parking. You're only allowed 1 parking spot. Management is always raising lot rent 2-3 times a year. They leave others have trash and scrap in their yard blinds in windows all broken up take a tour you'll see. Always changing things around when they need to take care of trash in the park. Some people get away with not even mowing their lawns, weeds grown as tall as 6-7 feet tall it looks horrible. That's why I give them a 1 if I could I'd give them a negative 10 pay attention to reviews and check it out yourself by going through the park.
