We came to see the place and we were amazed how nice the homes were! Our lease was coming up at the apartment, so I reached out to the office to set up a time to come ask questions.We set up some time with Areanna to look at the different homes and see if something would work for us. Areanna took us to a few different places that we said we were interested in, and answered all of our questions. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and you could tell takes pride in the community.We knew full well that homes were (and are) still being built and the process could take awhile to complete, so we jumped in with both feet. A few months of waiting for the right model of home to be built and become available as we moved up the waitlist, we now get to call Willow Crossing home!The staff has been amazing when we call with “new build” issues, and have been very prompt and friendly when coming to make the repairs. It has been a far cry from the place we moved here from, and I would recommend Willow Crossing to anyone looking for a place to call their own.I want to send a special shoutout to the office staff, especially Areanna!!! Watching all the new neighbors moving in around us, we KNOW you have been busy doing everything in your power to get people into homes. We know that every communication we had with you, there were probably 30 other people you were having the same conversations with. However, I'm giving a 2-star rating due to a significant lack of communication. After submitting our application, we received no updates unless I emailed first to ask. Areanna informed us to expect an update after Memorial Day weekend, but we never heard back. Receiving any kind of response, even if it wasn't the news we hoped for, would have been far better than complete silence. This lack of communication felt unprofessional. I hope this feedback encourages improved communication with future applicants.
