I mean it depends on what side you go to. One side has questionable people you often see standing around dressed in jammies vaping and looking a hot mess waiting for a ride.The other side of the street. The homes are nicer and seems less crowded and peaceful. The pond is super nice touch. I would definitely say this is one of the better mobile homes in the Warren Niles area. Close to town yet in the country.

It would be wonderful now if the swimming conditions can be addressed so the area can actually be used safely. Or, allow residents to set up swimming pools in their yards by signing waivers, just as we swim at our risk by no lifeguard being provided. Not my fault if someone would come onto my lot and into my pool, just as if they would fall into the nasty lake...just saying. Otherwise, as for the gunshots every night, we are located near a gunclub. Sounds travel... Also, raccoons are wild animals. We are surrounded by woods. Just saying... This is a lovely place, make the most of where you live. You create the mood of your own surroundings 🥰💜 Be Happy... Speed Limit is 10 MPH on Hicory Lane everyone, please pay attention to the posted speed limit. More residents walk to the lake during the nice weather 😀 🌞🙏☀️

(Update:Spectrum now here)Park does not rent which is a plus. Accepts dogs. Indoor only cats.Has a beach for swimming and a pavillion for picnics, basketball court, nice walking trail.Park is clean and kept up on landscaping and snow removal. Paramount Lake is absolutely beautiful, fishing, kayaking, paddleboat, and small jon boat with electric motor only allowed. Most lots are nicely landscaped , decorated.Park remediates any vacant mobiles thru demolition or sales.Park has new owners and hopefully have the same vision of this Parks potential, it's a wonderful place!
