From what I hear it's not getting better. Unfortunately my friends that live there are saying they rasing the space rent. But with nothing being done.

This park has a rich history where potlucks and other events took place often. It's a shame that as of the last 10-20 years the community has no type of activities. The restrooms and pool/hot tub stay closed except for 2-3 months during the summer, the clubhouse is now part of the on-site managers office and is no longer used as a clubhouse. The septic system stinks badly, probably as an attempt to save the management money, in previous years you could at least enjoy the hot tub, now unless it's memorial day-labor day it's locked and out of commission.
