Wellington Estates Manufactured Home Community Reviews
I have lived there for the last 10 years. They are so awesome they are respectful. They take Action to issues that I have ever had the manager walks around and makes contact and conversation and just very cool that’s what I could say is ther very professional but they have a friend attitude towards us residence and wanted to post this and tell y’all thank you
Jul 03, 2025 · Kevin CornelI can’t possibly put into words how bad wellington estates is. It doesn’t even deserve ONE single star. the management is so poor they don’t do anything to show they care for the people of this community at all. The water is always getting randomly cut off without any warning. No text, email, call nothing ! This was a reoccurring problem way before Hurricane Helene hit us. Water randomly gets cut off but they expect to have their money on time. Do not even think about moving here !! Ain’t nothing good over here .. you walk outside your house and smell straight dog doo doo. take your money elsewhere !!!!!!!!! oh and may i add right after Helene hit us they didn’t send out any information on helpful resources or anything but best and believe they was sending out them NOTICES!
Jul 04, 2025 · Anonymous ASIf I could give this place a zero star I would. Management is impossible to contact. They have an answer service but even if you leave a message, no one calls you back. They increase our rates so much that as soon as we can move out of this hell hole we are. Plus we can't even get logged on to pay this months bill. And still no phone call. Signed Over it
Jun 06, 2025 · Lisa CrumI have lived here 11 years now. I lived in two different homes as well. Like any place where you have neighbors, issues will come up and disagreements will occur. Even with the high lot rent its still the cheapest place in buncombe county. I have no intention of moving. As to the management, The current management is the second in my time there. Its a business. They are not there to be your friend. I've had my disagreements with them at times and other times they have been my advocate. I feel people now a days expect too much. The cameras everywhere i like. It provides added protection. In the 11 years there ive never had a package stolen or my home broke into. There is a collective sense of community there. with all things considered. The good and the bad i still say its 5 stars.
Sep 25, 2024 · Jacob SechrestI’d like to know if residents have been checked on in any way since Hurricane Helene hit the area? Has any type of assistance been offered to the residents or information about assistance available in the community? An interpreter perhaps to assist the non-English speaking residents? Or was it just the notices about rent being due?
