I lived here with a family member for four years and all I have to say is I'm glad I don't have to deal with the owner any longer. The guy has to be one the greediest do nothing people I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. Of course he expected you to keep the place pristine at all times or he'd be up your ass non stop. Even though good luck trying to get a tree trimmed or the roads plowed in the winter. Not to mention the audacity of the guy raising the rent every year and got little in return for it. If you have any other choice go somewhere else rather than deal with the bullshit from either of his parks. Yes he has multiple and he's borderline tyrannical there as well. Another family member lived there as well.
