While some older reviews indicate areas where management communication and property upkeep (like the pond with algae) could be improved, it's important to consider that management practices and property conditions can evolve over time. Prospective residents are always encouraged to visit, observe the current state of the park, and speak with existing residents to get a real-time understanding of the community. The core benefits for locals remain strong: a potentially more budget-friendly path to homeownership in a desirable Florida city, coupled with the potential for a close-knit neighborhood environment. Tyrone Village Reviews
Live here. Don't like them telling you when you need to mow and other things. Like they left a note to mow yard and do landscaping. Also we had a trailer where we bought wood to redo our porch and while we had it we hauled the stuff wanted to the dump. We had the trailer there 4 to5 days then we removed it from property. During that time they took pictures. The paper were it was written up May 19th we received it June 6th told us we had til June 20th. By the way the yard was mowed before received note. What about the pond in front that has algea in it over a month? The ducks won't even swim in it. There a lot of people in this park with respiratory problems and it makes it worse. It is what it is.
Aug 16, 2022 · Johnnie JenningsManagement is a bully towards the people who have been there a long time. I don't know if it's because there trying to move them out because they want to flip the mobile homes into new ones or remove the old mobile homes and replace them with new ones so they can make a better profit, but that's not fare to the older people that have nowhere else to go. Shame on ya.
Aug 04, 2024 · Carmen Romero AndinoI am now going on 9 years of living here I have always felt safe and never had any problems other than a few tiny ones here and there our new manager BiBi is doing her best to maintain this park it is an older Park and has its problems but she is doing her best to get them taken care of. It is hard to get ahold of management at times but they are just like everybody else they don't have enough employees
Jul 31, 2024 · Barbara NicholsThis place flooded from last hurricane and has Ruined a lot of homes in this Park. Now the mgr. Is looking for violations so she doesn't have to pay out to these folks. I'm sure the folks are looking into these options with a Lawyer.
Oct 19, 2024 · Keri SwansonMy review is for the residents that live here, i came to visit some friends this weekend and they wanted to go dwimming, so 3 out of 4 days this past weekend we tried at 2:00 in the agternoon only to have a locked gate between us and the pool. My friend kept inviting us over not thinking that it would continue to be locked. What a shame, you spend so much moneu on a small lot to have your home on it but cant enjoy the ementities. I saw a few trailers they have up for dale and ar first had considered looking into the possibility of the purchase maybe, ut noway, not goingvto waste my time or money because swimming is definitely something that would be a deal breaker for me. Im sorry residentams, i know my friends waited near the pool for a response from the manager but got no response. Ugh thats so disappointing
