The new owners are very friendly and welcoming. The property manager is hands on and kind as well. It’s a great place to raise a family or be by yourself!

I just want to keep everyone informed of the type of people they are dealing with should they elect to move here. I’m tempted to bring discrimination charges against them and may file another review on the BBB website.9/4/19Update from my original 7/27/19 review below, I have driven by this lot on 5 different occasions and that camper is still there slides out and lived in. No one responded to my BBB inquiry but is now publicly listed on their site.Original review:7/27/19If I could give them no stars I would. Husband and I inquired about a spot for our rv, we went set up a meet to select our spot and was told that when they attempted to get the electric to our spot (number 12 is the one I fell in love with) that they needed to have an inspector come out as it had been off so long. We were told to give it about a week. 2 weeks later, 5 phones calls and multiple text messages unanswered, we FINALLY hear back that they aren’t going to use their lots for RV’s but only mobile homes. Meanwhile there is an RV/pull behind camper currently on one of their lots and shown on their webpage.For 2 weeks we did not look for another spot because we were assured this one was ours, now they’ve left us high and dry by their lack of communication. They surely had time to update their webpage and delete their Facebook page (or just block me from it) but not enough time or respect to communicate with future tenants to tell them they’ve changed their mind about us apparently. Pretty sure because I have dreadlocks and tattoos I was discriminated against, especially considering how they talked about their previous tenants and how they did them dirty too, to me a complete stranger.

These people talked bad about their previous tenants BY NAME to my face, was a turn off at the time but were not like those people so we thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt, but then they ignored us for 2 weeks when we tried to pay for our spot and move in. Just to FINALLY tell us they are not doing RV’s anymore just trailers.
