However, it is essential for prospective residents to be fully aware of significant concerns raised by current and former residents. These concerns include issues with management (Bessire and Casenhiser, Inc.), described as lacking empathy, exhibiting poor communication (including a reported policy of only speaking English to a predominantly Latino community, leading to concerns about discrimination and retaliation), and allegedly contributing to financial stress due to high and increasing rent. Residents have also reported serious problems with park maintenance and safety, such as frequent utility outages (water and electricity), poor plumbing leading to unsanitary conditions, lack of enforcement of rules, unauthorized subleasing, noise from cars, and concerns about security and theft due to open gates and lack of supervision.
While the location in Tustin is appealing, and the prospect of owning a home within Orange County might be attractive, the recurring themes of management issues, financial burdens, and safety/maintenance deficiencies are critical factors. Therefore, for locals considering Tustin Village Mobile Home, thorough due diligence is highly recommended. This should involve contacting the park directly, asking specific questions about all reported issues, and ideally, speaking with current residents to gain a firsthand understanding of the living conditions and management practices. Evaluating these factors carefully will help determine if Tustin Village Mobile Home aligns with a prospective resident's expectations for a safe, stable, and comfortable living environment in California.

Tustin Village Mobile Home Reviews
The people are nice here. Everyone is running around making the improvements to their houses the mobile home requested of us. We complained about miscommunication. The solution is that they will only speak English to us. Most of the community is Latino. This feels like a retaliation. Is only going to make communication worse. We pay twice the rent of most mobile home parks. It feels like we’re working for them. I don’t recommend living here. Management and Bessire and Casenhiser, Inc. Are not empathetic at all. Living here just stresses me out and is financially debilitating. Now we are expected to be translators as if we work for them.
May 30, 2025 · Janet GarciaThis should be called Getto park, here is no management, they will steal everything around your house because a lot of rooms subleasing with unknown people, there is a big problem with fixed exhaust cars making a lot of noise, you won't sleep here. There is no law here, no rules. no body cares. Besides charging rent.

Apr 16, 2024 · Nn NnI would add a zero if I could. Do not makes the mistake of living here, you will regret it. That's why so many homes are for sale here; it's the management. Unprofessional and ghetto. Cussing out kids on golf carts and trash and hazardous trash left in streets for days.Amenities do not work ie the gate out front and the jacuzzi has not worked in years! They will tow your car like a sport!
