Tropical Haven Mobile Home Park is quickly becoming the quintessential trailer park. Many are abandoned and grossly unkept. Several occupied trailers are in extreme need of maintenance, upkeep and proper lawn care. In the last 8 years, I’ve never seen it this bad. Owned by Melbourne Airport Authority.Update FEBRUARY 2023. Still no progress on the posted properties since October 2022.JANUARY 2025 sold to Carlyle managed by Cobblestone Properties. New websiteAPRIL 2025Cutting corners too much. Will not hire a lawn service for common grounds. Looks so unkept!MAY 2025. Common grounds still not mowed.JUNE 2025. Still haven’t mowed empty lots. Only cutting main areas at entrance of park and around office. Emailed office twice. No response. Putting strict rules on upkeep of trailers which is good. Wonder if it will be enforced. June 12 · EllenThe only reason I am leaving this review is I have lived here for 10 years and lot rent is very affordable. However I was never allowed to walk my dog off of my property. The so called "Designated Dog Area" is a sticker field from Hell. The green ones that cling to the dogs as well as the black spiked ones. This is inhumane and in no way dog friendly. I just got home and it took me a half hour to comb them all out. Meanwhile other residents walk their dogs wherever they want. First a Dr's note was needed to walk a dog. Then it was a service vest. Now it's a free for all and some get reprimanded and some do not. Take my advice and do not go to the sticker field from hell.Save your dog the grief and agony of having to remove them .

I just think that's a bit too early Also most trailers and lawns are very well kept and they don't crack down enough on the ones that are not!.
