I personally think a few rules could be not so stringent but if u want to live in a clean decent place without loud music all hours of the day and night or people thinking that the rules don't apply to them and u can't have any peace in your own place especially a trailer where it's easy to hear everything then I would welcome having rules that keeps everyone on the same page.
