Town And Country Mobile Home Park Reviews
I had an appointment today at 11am.I pulled up. Manager didn't answer my call or ttext. Equal housing opportunities. I think not. I had to give one star, just to send a post.Shame on you! I drove 30 minutes to this place.
May 28, 2025 · MaryWe have been here for 16 years and have never had a problem. Our neighbors are wonderful! John, the owner, has always addressed our issues promptly and professionally. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is parking can be a bit of a dilemma sometimes. The electric used to go out fairly often but since switching to Butler County Rural it has gotten much better. There are several families with children who are respectful and find creative ways to play and have fun.
Feb 27, 2022 · Julia HeltemesThe people who live here are not very friendly. There is a dangerous dog in the park that has killed another animal, problems are not resolved effectively. I was genuinely happy here until I had a neighbor cuss out my guest because she parked in his space.
Jun 20, 2023 · Kimberly ThompsonThey remodel the inside of 90% of there places. They do a great job, and the landlord is a very nice man. You can own your place in 3 years and then just pay lot rent. Compared to other places, landlord is awesome and friendly atmosphere.
Jun 05, 2021 · Bee AndersI can honestly say this is one of the best trailer courts I have stayed at and for the management of this park is wonderful. I mean just like any other place it could use a little work but I can honestly say that John Tyson the owner of this park it's actually a good hearted guy (don't get me wrong RENT IS STILL DUE On Time lol js). But this trailer park pretty much stays clean for the most part and there is no violence or drama out here at all really so that says to me good management and also like the crime rate and Drug rate is zero tolerance out here so it'll be a good place to raise your children
