Mobile home parks typically provide foundational services centered around the rental of mobile home units and access to essential utilities. Based on the nature of Timberline Village as a mobile home community offering residences, and general industry practices, residents can generally expect the following:
Mobile Home Unit Rentals: The primary service provided is the rental of mobile home units. These units are typically owned by the park and rented out to residents, often including the structure itself, ready for move-in.
Utility Access: Residents are provided with access to essential utility hookups, including water, sewer, and electricity. While residents typically pay for their own consumption of these utilities, the park provides the necessary infrastructure. A resident review mentions concerns regarding appliances, which implies the units come with such features.
Management Oversight: A management team or individual is responsible for the overall operation of the park, including lease agreements, community rules, and addressing resident concerns. The effectiveness and responsiveness of management can vary, as indicated by resident feedback.
Maintenance of Common Areas: While specific details are not provided, mobile home parks generally maintain common areas and infrastructure, such as internal roads and shared spaces. Individual unit and lot maintenance is typically the resident's responsibility, though issues with provided appliances/fixtures would fall under park responsibility.
Family-Oriented Environment (Implied): The presence of residents with "2 small kids ages 2 & 5" suggests the park is open to and accommodates families, which is a common characteristic of many mobile home communities.
Timberline Village, as a mobile home community, presents several features that define the living experience for its residents. While some aspects indicate potential areas for improvement, understanding these highlights is crucial for prospective tenants.
Established Community: As a mobile home park that has had residents for "over 2 years," Timberline Village is an established community. This means it has existing infrastructure and a settled resident base, offering a more defined living environment than brand-new developments.
Family Accommodation: The park accommodates families with young children, suggesting it is a family-friendly environment. This is a key feature for parents looking for suitable housing options in the Princeton area.
Individual Mobile Home Units: Residents are provided with their own mobile home units, offering a sense of independent living and personal space that might be preferred over apartment living.
Appliances Included (Generally): While a review noted issues, the fact that an "oven" and "stove" were expected and eventually present implies that mobile home units come equipped with basic kitchen appliances, which is a convenience for renters.
Quiet Residential Location (Implied): Being on "Timberline Ln" in Princeton suggests a more suburban or rural residential setting, likely offering a quieter living environment compared to densely populated urban areas.
Potential for Long-Term Residency: The mention of a resident living there for "over 2 years" indicates that the park supports and allows for long-term residency, providing stability for those looking for a more permanent home.

Timberline village Reviews
I have been a resident here for over 2 years.I recently moved into a new trailer with my family.I have 2 small kids ages 2 & 5 .We got settled at the new place and we’re using the oven as per usual .The oven is a gas oven , necessary or not, I begin to smell a burning smell and the house was filling with smoke.I discovered a hand towel with plastic wrapped in it . ALSO a significant amount of rat 🐀 poo.Had this problem not been caught the house would’ve burned down. With my kids inside. This kind of thing should NEVER happen .You should not have a family move into a home half cleaned , and EXTREMELY dangerous conditions such as this.Take precautions necessary when moving into a new place or your family may be looking at eating rat disregards and burnt plastic & towel.Or better yet a house fire 🔥Pictures were posted with the same account for anyone it may concernThank you for your time
