They can raise the lot rent as high as they want. In two years, it has gone up by $63 in total. And now they are charging us $10 per animal, per month; and I OWN MY HOME, they own the land. I don't know about any of you, BUT my animals are my FAMILY, and they make me feel safe and not alone. Why should I have to pay Sun Communities to have a companion? My animals do not go outside. To avoid charges, you can get a letter from your physicians; stating that they are your support animals, and the charge goes away. Not all physicians will even type a letter, good luck. What's the difference between Support Animal - Companion, money in their pocket to help pay for (Improvements and overhead to run a business).

Hmmm I notice alot are selling there homes there. If people buying there homes why is there a pet deposit I don't understand that.

Large lots, but very disappointed with lack of amenities offered. No pool, hot tub, shuffle board, horse shoes, pickleball courts or craft areas for the price residents pay for monthly lot rent. With the cold weather, lack of sunny days AZ doesn't look to bad.
May 05, 2022 · Sharon HarrisonThis is a retirement community 55+they do have available rentals and homes for purchase they have speed bump will lighted streets friendly neighbors a club house, pet friendly, I think this place is awesome and had its own private road that goes from there Willow's and comes out beside kholes Dept store, Michael crafts, bath body, Target, Walmart, Dollar tree, petco,boricks hair salon, Sally's, five below and several restraints and Lowe's anything your elderly loved ones could want or need and it's also in walking distance from the Willow's. If you have a elderly family member or your self I believe this place will truly fill home
