We have lived in the Orchards for a year now and I dont have any complaints. It is quiet and very well maintained. Love that it is gated also. Jeanette has been so helpful to my family. My grandkids love her. Jay is also very nice. My package went to the wrong address and they took it to the office and he brought it to me. Cathy also is very kind and helpful. Love living here it is country and quiet. I would recommend to anyone that is 55+ that loves quiet country setting. Beautiful homes also.
Jun 16, 2025 · MARIE THOMASWe have lived here 3 years now. The park is kept up nice and we have made many friends. But on the bad side we were told the lot rent hardly goes up. It has gone up 3 times already. Also we were not aware of the workers that live in here with young children. And that wouldn't even be so bad but most are not abiding by the rules that us other residents get letters of violation on. Such as dandelions, grass not mowed, keeping the outside neat and clean ect. It is sad because unfortunately we have two families that are workers that are like that on our street. Not to mention they have had cochroaches and had domestic disturbances. But nothing gets done about it. It isn't fair to all the rest of us who work hard to keep our places looking nice. I babysit my grandchildren also and wish the playground was kept up better. The pool is very nice though. Management has some problems being approachable and friendly. Just wanted to make people aware that it does have some down sides and isn't perfect.

Its a manufactured home not a trailer. they are spacious. the constuction is better quality then the newly built home i purchased 5 years ago.the park is well maintained and the staff is friendly and professional. if your able to buy your home outright your only expenses are lot rent and utilities. it being a 55 and older requirment means its nice and quite, and the new neighbors have been great!it was an option i wasnt going to even consider but my wife works home health care and was aware of how the industry has improved over the years.so if you ae retired or like me and only have a few years left before retirement i highly suggest you make this an option on your list of what to consider. its a great community and makes a lot of financial sence for retirement!
