Ain't too bad of a place if it wasn't for that lot manager Nancy comes off as a nice person but far from it!!!!? Likes to to stick your nose in people's business and add her 2 cents whenever she can. Try to avoid her as much as possible she's a drunk intends to label people without even getting to no them.
Feb 22, 2024 · Brian LindTough review to write. Love the community. Love the location. Don't love the manager. We rented trailer 68 from Nancy the owner of the trailer and manager of the park. She was very friendly at first. Installing new carpet in one room And a brand new toilet. A few months later when I noticed the shed roof was leaking. Her solution was to nail a tarp over it. This obviously was unsatisfactory. We moved out 2-15-23. Due to large amounts (1/8-1/4 in.) Standing water leaking in to the hallway floor. She refused on several occasions to do anything more than soak up the water and half heartedly attempt to rake away ice dams. Due to water problems I am sure there is lots of mold. This issue also caused the floor in the hallway infront to sag badly and I beleive it to no longer be safe. I urge anyone who moves into 68 Sunnyside Estates to make sure these issues have been addressed prior to move in.
