Everything we were told during purchase was just so we would buy. My street also has a scrap metal business which is a real eyesore. Had to notify the state to protect consumers and myself.
Jun 21, 2019 · David MayUtterly SAD excuse of a management team.Not only do they harass tenets but they do not care about our rights.They’re comfortable with breaking their own HOA rules and coming onto properties without 24 hour notice among other violations.I have caught Mike from management spitting on cars in the park on a few occasions aswell as coming onto our property without notice.They love to harass anyone that isn’t easily pushed over and they will not stop. It’s been two years of continued harassment, we get threatening mail of eviction when we own our home.I would never advise anyone with a brain to buy from the Springfield group, just a bunch of crooks that are money hungry.Ask a tenet before thinking of purchasing please, save your money and your time!
