Sun Lake Mobile Home Community Reviews
Viewed a home from their online scheduled and then when went to the office next day to find out the home was already sold/rented from day before their online registration to view. So they don't have great communication from their online representative to their in office management. The people i spoke to in person were nice. The extra negative was one home we viewed porch was crumbling, stunk horrendous and toilets unclean, floor coming apart/up and bugs in unit essentially is not suitable to be showing in that condition when listed ready for move in.
Jul 03, 2025 · Christiana WhittenThey don't follow there own rules. If I could I would give a zero. No security lights on several blocks that doesn't work. Trash left for months staying out and blowing in every one's yard. They hound you for what they demand and you get nothing in return. This broken down porch is still here after 6 months.
Apr 29, 2025 · Jill BroughtonIf i could i would give this place 0 stars.. I lived there for 3 years yes they were good with you just at the beginning but god oh lord its hard to get ahold of them. They wont answer any calls or emails. I have sent emails after emails and no reply. Who ever took over that place sucks and are not doing there stuff correctly. At least the previous management would answer my emails and calls. The community is pretty dont get me wrong but the customer service and management arent. So good luck getting ahold of them if you do decide to move there.
