Sterling Estates Reviews
Great place for a first time home buyer. Lot rent is MUCH cheaper than an apartment/ condo. And when moving can re sell house for the same value. Some units even have in home washer and dryer. A 2 bedroom is great for a single adult or couple
Jun 07, 2025 · Rigels CeriI been having to come back way to often they send letters for my girlfriend not getting stuff done within 5 days when she been here barley 3 month every 2 weeks they have something else for you to do for them first before you can even live or do anything. She has a child and works full time. I would advise if you want anyone living here in the future you lay off a bit. I can attach photos of other people yard to this post and I should this park is disgusting and cat infested it smells like cat piss and shit people have appliances and random broken items in their yard or on the side of the house? The locks on the doors open from the inside and you have no deadbolt. The washer and dryer and the dishwasher all were broken and moved outside to exchange to be replaced. It’s almost like they want you to move in and rush to fix your house up so you settle for getting scammed then replace almost every main appliance? And they can’t quit for bout 2 weeks at a time asking for all this extra to be done outside. I’m sorry if you didn’t bassicly sell a house with all broken appliances I think she would be able to clean outside more? Think about what tip y’all be on she wasn’t able to wash clothes the first whole month? She lives alone with her child? Every weekend I come to hangout I shouldn’t have to debate do I fix things for my girlfriend inside or do I hurry to fix things outside that don’t even matter cuz they take forever to replace the bottom skirt of her house. Had cats destroying it running around the bottom of her house knocking out whole panels because cats are fighting over who owns the bottom of her trailer? They moved a panel of Christmas light she had no idea of from behind the shed to the middle of her yard and then sends a letter to remove the Christmas light? So get this I show up and not only is it a panel of Christmas lights on wood I gotta bend up and throw away I have to climb 15 feet up a tree because someone put Christmas light up and nailed them all down into the tree with nails and zip ties I had to cut bout 25 zip ties off and there is no way I’m spending my time with a hammer to remove those nails in the tree. It’s actually comical that all this can happen and you have pedos roaming the neighborhood stalking females. Wonder why not a lot of people are outside besides grown men? Half the places are owned by older or younger females figure that out how it’s only men outside 95% of the time. Anytime my girlfriend goes outside playing with a child not even alone. She is talked to or watched stalked or harassed by cat calling men. This place is really unbearable at this point. I’m ready to convince her to move. Wake up and fix the actual problem. I watch females run inside anytime they see a male or I try to come over to my girlfriend it’s clearly obvious this guy and multiple others are causing problems in this neighborhood on top of the bi weekly letters to fine your ass when she barley got herself moved in to be able to do a few loads of laundry. If all the appliances are broke why don’t you just remove them instead of trying to sell a trailer with appliances included in the price to then have to replace all of them because they won’t run? On top of getting letter for them waiting on the porch for garbage day. Maybe don’t be scammy and people won’t drive by and see all your appliances sitting on the porch! Truely dumb people here
Apr 26, 2025 · TeeStax313I live here and I used to like it until people started letting their dogs poop in my yard like there’s nowhere else to go and they don’t have their own yard. The amount of disrespect by the other tenants who owned animals is awful. They change my parking space and put me on a curve and my car was hit. The roads in here are terrible. I’ve only been to the pool twice and both times it was a bad experience. The traffic in the noise around here in the summer makes me wanna move every day. I’m sure I will soon. Management is OK but my rent has increased by over $200 in the last couple years. I can imagine how hard it is for people that do not own already. I think rent is unreasonable now if you’d like to come have a look I’m ready to go. make an offer.
Mar 22, 2025 · Angelina HernandezI just moved here, my neighbor down the street has been watching me, even have him in the background of one of my pictures I took of myself JUST CAUSUALLY TAKING PHOTOS SENDING THEM TO MY BOYFRIEND. Going back to when I first moved here a couple months ago, after watching my dad and brother help move all my stuff and daughters stuff in. This man down the street just a few weeks of me being here, came up to me repeatedly if he knows me, I tell him no and look at him weirdly, signaling to go away?? and then he starts asking me what my name is??? So I tell him I was busy and don’t want to talk. he approachs me closer walking up behind me, right next to my opened car door with me bent over in it trying to put my stuff down and get it started and THEN says he can help me clean the snow and ice off my car?? Moving forward just on Wednesday, As me and my daughter were playing outside, he was staring at her, making her uncomfortable. I have more than two appliances that are broken that I need to fix and I keep getting fines stuff written up in the mail while waiting for garbage day to remove the appliance. I am a 20-year-old female, living by myself with my child… Not to mention, none of the locks on the door is even worked when I got here, and I was trying to give them benefit of the doubt by staying here anyways. But whenever I go to fix something. They are sending me correction letters before I can get that one item done. I clean up something, look in mail to see I was on a time limit that I didn’t even know of anyways. They are watching you 24/7 and when you do anything outside they send letter to you or all this is happening from this first guy reporting me for not wanting to talk to him? At least 5-10 cats walk up and down your porch daily and they don’t do anything at all about the ungodly infestation of house cats? I’m to the point I won’t clean a thing until you fix the cats roaming all under and around my house they are fighting with each other and crashing into the floor of my house and also the walls of my house I have no animals this is beyond ridiculous to have 3 cats on my porch at a time while 2-3 are under or behind my house banging on my shed. Added info This guy watches from his yard anytime he is outside I have to go inside his face or eyeballs won’t leave my direction and he walks to the front of my house when he lives on the opposite side of the street to just turn around at my window watch me and walk back to his house? His destination was my front sidewalk and then back home? Stop watching me buddy!
Apr 26, 2025 · Faith SandiferRun by the sketchiest people you'll ever meet. They lied about accepted payment method and then refused to accept our on time payment unless it was late. The manager refused to explain and just referred to a vague corporate policy but refused to give me any contact information for them. It's 2025 who doesnt take card?
