1100 W Brannan Island Rd, Isleton, CA 95641, USA

4.0
Garbage service cut off, alternative system has been a failure. Water is nasty, we couldn't use it for a week. We still pay for both, owner didn't offer any alternative. Being told owner has to put it all new pipes. No word on that, no sign of work. His focus is on his use of space, which has all kinds of equipment & trucks running many days, noise, dust, ground shaking. Then he has the nerve to want us to do more work to help him. He claimed it would cost him more than he had to fix the water, as if they don't take payments. It'sinsulting that he thinks we are that ignorant. He's also raised rent twice in the little ovrer a yr he's been here. - Candy Warmuth
