I scoped this place out, as I was looking to buy a Coach. Every single one of those 5 star reviews (and the 4 star for that matter) are absolutely smoking crack, and straight up lying to you all. This is at best a 3 star park, and that is only because the residents are nice (half are surely illegal, but that is not my beef), there is a question of security here, and it's pretty run down. I just wish people would give accurate reviews on here. Why lie?
