I just wanna say that it’s was a nice place to live, we follow the rules and the manager his so friendly, but I have to give them a one star because first security be having problems with only certain people here, second my car was parked where the parking lots are at with a guest pass and still the security from here took it when the clock hit 10 it wasn’t even an hour or a freaking minute when he told the crane to take it away, he had no right to take it away especially if it had the pass. And now don’t be saying “just because it didn’t look familiar” because it was only going to stay there for two days. Now third they be targeting people they are saying to “not have cars on the streets” yet my neighbors be having their car half way out in the street and they are not doing anything about it that’s just so unfair. I hope they can fixed this whole situation. We are paying to live here, but it is ridiculous how people are this days. I hope all you have a blessed day and think before.

The excessive noise, which now includes loud music and disruptive sounds late into the night, continues to affect my family and me on a daily basis.This ongoing disturbance has been causing significant distress, particularly to my children, impacting our well-being and daily activities. It is unacceptable that after more than eight months, there has been no resolution to this issue. As you know, community guidelines prohibit loud construction or music after 10:00 PM, yet these individuals continue to disregard these rules without consequence.I kindly request immediate action to resolve this matter. If the issue persists, I will be left with no choice but to escalate my complaint to external agencies, including the Better Business Bureau, housing rights organizations, and Aga Property Management. However, I trust that we can address this internally and find a prompt solution.Please let me know how this issue will be handled moving forward. It's always quiet when I have visited and kids are having fun playing in the pool. I visit often and have never had a problem day or night there so from my experience there it seems to be fine considering the surrounding area. Thanks

Barely anyone is friendly and the neighbors trash the neighborhood and bring lots of crime into the neighborhood having cops having to come in very often to arrest people. No amenity and consistent rent raising every month your rent is more than the last. Management plays favoritism and let's lots of renters break rules and regulations while others are harassed constantly for miniscule and minute things. The extras like the pool and the park in the neighborhood are always filthy and look run down and unattended to. Neighborhood kids are allowed to run amuck and destroy other property's without any repremands to the parents for the damages done. Neighbors have dogs are never secured and wander the neighborhood digging holes and pooping and peeing in others yards. The streets are barely maintained and its very hard to get down any street due to car parked illegally on the street. Management is constantly contradicting what they say. Street lights are constantly being shot out and the speed bumps constantly broken and road is poorly maintained. Neighbors will party and play loud music at all hours of the night. This is not a neighbor you wanna live in.
