I was worried about an elderly friend of mine who has no family that I couldn’t get ahold of them in four days and was very worried. I called the manager office and left a message twice to ask the to do a wellness check. The managers office never called back or checked on them. I would think twice about getting involved with a company like that who don’t care.

Was a caregiver for a gentleman who moved to a box compared to his previous home due to the lot rent being 520 and he was on ssi I just seen a ad on Craigslist that the lot rent is over 500 now. Very sad . It was 286 when Mr nasworthy moved in .. shame on you for not caring of how people with limited income will make it in the last years of their lives .. parl is noisy on edge of black Town also busy bodies that lie about people because are bored hardly worth half most people monthly income endureAll that

People watch out for each other and it is very, very quiet here now. I don't have to worry that I am going to be ripped off all the time. I, as well as a large majority of units have CC security cameras that are online which notifies the owners if someone if breaking in or doing something they should not be doing. So, if anyone's thinking about coming over here looking to find a bargain then... Well, when your sittin in the back seat a a police car with a new set of bracelets on don't say I didn't warn you?🤔The onsite manager is very professional and so is the maintenance man.The corporate office people are a bunch of white stuffed shirts, but aren't they all?I will say this though. The new owners have really cleaned it up and the HOA really looks out for the park.I am not an HOA member and it's not a requirement to join to live here. But you do have to pass a back ground check so be warned; don't just buy a unit and move in. Heck, they are pretty strict here so if you have a record are bad credit then you may want to go elsewhere.Other than that, it's a great park to live in...😎(A pool would be nice though considering how much rent we pay🙄.) But oh well, can't have everything, right?😉Peace!
