I was just reading the reviews and couldn't believe I neglected to review Silverbrook! We lived there for 4 years, from 2017 - 2021. What a great neighborhood, attractive and beautifully maintained and in a great location. The management / maintenance crew are simply the best. The rent was always very reasonable for the area, IMO. This is thanks to private ownership group as opposed to a huge corporate entity. I do miss the people there, and wish them all the best.

She treats everyone with respect and must follow the community rules set forth by the OWNERS. If you need reminded about rules, she will contact you professionally and describe or read you that rule and why everyone must follow the set community standards. If you drive into our community, you will see a clean and admired setting 👌 😉 👍.

The maintenance man is also very sweet and helps with things when need be!! All around I would highly recommend this place to move into!!
