The woman has caught maintenance peaking in windows, writing down tag numbers. So protect your personal information. Very very authoritarian. And of course like any park they limit access to resources. That's right, water and the like. Use too much you can be cut off. Just a sad place anymore.

Its a prime location just five minutes from downtown Wooster and five minutes from the North end of town where there's a wal mart and plenty of restaurants . I love the friendly community and nice lots and quiet and clean streets and neighbors. Its not your typical trailer park! I feel safe and at home here in Shelmar! The management is great ! Everyone here takes care of their grass and landscaping and gardens. This is the perfect place to retire or start out in an affordable beautiful wooded country home affordable
