I don't know if old management was bad but this place is 100% 5 outta 5 if your a decent human.

I used to live there but am now in another park about a mile away.. it is owner occupancy only which isn't terrible.... But they don't enforce the rules on those that live there. They have had 4 or more owner changes in the last 7 years or so. They have been raising the lot rent to the point where I believe they are among the highest if not the highest in the area. You have to pay for water and trash... You can't chose your own trash company and they just raised the cost of water again to almost double what it was. Only one good upside... And probably why they keep raising the rates... It is about one of the cheapest places to live in this highly rated school district.

Got mold, crack in my ceiling, outside rain water has seeped into the walls (non of this our fault, all they do before someone moves in is bandaid fixes) and management STILL keeps blowing us off. If I and my family get sick from this mold, or the ceiling caves in, I’m sueing.
