Over half these trailer are just plain trash..barely get to my trailer bc of the cars that are park in street. If you lose a mailbox key they want 150.to give you another one..it could be nice here bit no one care where is Ll the rent money going to..Not the park for sure

The park is beyond well kept and unlike most parks you can tell the park manager Nicole actually does care about the park and her residence very much. Which sadly is such a rare find these days. I look forward to many more years working with Nicole and all of SG communities!!

They did everything step by step with us and even got all the paperwork done so quick! Our first home and it’s beautiful and the area is so quiet and peaceful and our neighbors are very friendly! If you’re in the middle of looking for a mobile home this is definitely the place I would recommend!!
