There's a lot of broken down homes. You can buy your house there but can't rent it out but their do rent out some units that have been left there by past tents. The playground is a joke, the toys are broken-down and unsafe for the kids to use!!!

The parks lawyer is friends with the only judge in the county that deals with anything to do with mobile home parks.. They will evict you, take possession of your trailer then sue you for the storage of the trailer, while they are renting it out for 2x the space rent...
