Have changed property management companies.Non responsive to inquiries.The new property management company has allot to be desired.The current HOA president, part of the problem.Too many double standards, many other residents share this sentiment.Residents pay the HOA to work for the residents, that is hardly the case.Have been here for half a decade and it is progressively going in the wrong direction.
Jul 03, 2025 · Michael MeredithSeemed like a really nice place until i left my $800 electric bike out in the carport for 15 minutes and some one stole it. I was up the hill where there's little to no people or traffic. Anyone that would be walking around that section is usually the people living there im sure they don't want my bike and the path to the top is only a dead end with a fantastic view. I mean it IS SUPER amazing! A view point and then basically a dead end so the only other way to go is the front entrance or past it to the other only exit where there are supposedly functioning cameras. I asked the park office folk if they could check the cameras for this incident. For some reason they declined my request and two other inquiries about the stolen bike. They seemed more worried about their front entrance sign someone bulldozed with their truck. I have nothing to say about their inappropriate, scandalous behavior. The residents seems super nice, they smile and wave. (Unlike my park). It's very well kept up (unlike my park). But just don't leave anything you value unattended in your carport. This event has set me back terribly in so many ways. I do miss my bike though. I won't miss that park. Hopefully they wont miss the ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm removing from the previous review.

Although I still believe they were having some serious management issues in the past, they have recently corrected them by hiring new Manager Armando. He is proactive, attentive to resident needs and a hard and fast worker. Smart choice to hire Armando. HUGE difference!!This great little San Marcos View Estates community that I belong to finally has their aces in their places with Armando. Great choice to go with him. A+++

It is also nice knowing you are buying the land, so you don't have to worry about a change of ownership and rent going up. Make sure you get a place with ample parking, it can be a problem if you can't fit all your vehicles in your driveway. I extended my drive way when I moved in and now fit 3 cars comfortable, it's nice for guests..
