We look out for each other and that includes management. Ruth Ann was and is a breath of fresh air in the park management position. Billy does a great job on the grounds as well. Its so nice to talk with neighbors about upcoming events rather than who's currently at odds with the management.Chad from Millennium has always treated us fairly.

Cant believe people like this want to spend their time on a Tuesday night banging on doors threatening to tow your car when its been parked on the street for five minutes. When I came out to move the car I had to ask her if she could move her car because she was parked in front of my driveway and wanted to watch me do it. Even after I pulled it in she stayed in her car with her hazards on like I was going to pull it out on the street again. All she had to do was politely ask but she doesn't need to act like the police of the neighborhood we have security for a reason. Stick to your day job Karen

My hazards are on in front of my house and now she's driving past my mothers house laying on her horn. I keep my screen door open so my moms cats can look outside. They run and hide each time they hear the horn. Idk if these HOA board members and property managers never had managerial position in their career fields and now that they have some power they intend to use it. But the current property manager is like a teen girl in middle school. Get over yourself lady you are the property manager of the "San Juan mobile estates"
