★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I just wanted to let you all know that I have had a wonderful experience in the park. Even when I was stuck in the snow in the bottom of the park, the manager used the park’s plow to open the road. That night I was able to get out in my 2000 Toyota Corolla.
February 22 · Monte KeadyMy experience here has been unique to say the least. When I first came here, I didn't know what to think based on a couple of the tenants that stay there when I was a renting, but they never bothered me. When people in town asked me where I was staying I would tell them, then they would give me the look in their eye of concern. They told me some history about the place, but thanks to a local name Ted Kranz it is no longer what they said it once was. The place is nice. You have a long stressful day, and then you can come to peace at your place with a great view of Diamond Mountain. Very affordable compared to other parts of the town. I've had no issues. The only ding I give on the star rating is the parking. Not a lot of available spots to park if you want to have visitors. Other than, it's a good place to rent from if you're traveling, or just moving and getting introduced to a new area til you decide where to settle down within the community.
August 26 · Garren ThompsonThis park has done a complete 180 since the new owner took over. He cleaned up the entire park and made things run smoothly and more importantly a made this place where we can call home. It’s significantly cleaner, everything is running, especially during the winter months. I’ve never seen the park this clean and full of tenants. Also the new park manager has done a great job by creating a safe space to talk about any concerns & questions we have.
January 25 · Prashant MishraStayed here during a 3 week convention for work. The park is beautifully maintained and the views are spectacular. The Park Managers were really accommodating and helped me get setup upon arriving. Next convention that I have in the area, I will be planning to stay here again.
July 28 · Alameda Auto LabThis park has undergone several changes that make it almost unrecognizable, in a good way. The place looks much cleaner and feels very calming and safe. I’m happy to say that this park has drastically improved over the past 3 years.
