Roadrunner Mobile Home Park Reviews
This place should be condemned the woman at the office is ridiculous trying to charge 80 for an application fee just becausey friend started living with a family member. Why would he need to register as tenant if he has no contract with them. Oh and they are not even allowed to park on the property. The city should shut them down and find them some of these homes are built on to trailer homes and out of code.

May 27, 2025 · Armando LucioLots of wild cats. Tons of scorpions. And yes the landlord is very rude has no respect doesn't even act like a professional. Turns off the water without notice. Does not answer in a timely manner her emails. And decides to take a lunch at 1:30 pm closes the office at 2 pm and then made me come back the next day because she took a late lunch. This happened 2 times to me with her. Unacceptable.

Feb 27, 2023 · Carmen PeñaLandlord in lot is rude. She turns off water without warning, trash cans overflown, cats and dogs running loose everywhere, allows people to park and block roads while having parties, answers request in an untimely matter, comes in to trailer yards without asking or atleast not giving a heads up. Also their website says they have a pool. I have never seen a pool here or it's never been really advertised. 🤷🏽♀️
