Riverside Manufactured Home Community Introduce
For many families and individuals in the greater Salt Lake Valley looking for a practical and affordable path to homeownership or stable housing, Riverside Manufactured Home Community in West Valley City, Utah, represents an important option. This community serves not only as a traditional Mobile home park but also operates as a Mobile home dealer and a Mobile home rental agency, providing a range of housing solutions from purchasing a new home to leasing a property within the park. This triple function makes it a comprehensive resource for housing needs in the area.
Located just a short drive from Salt Lake City, Riverside is an all-age community that is designed to foster a neighborhood environment with shared amenities and managed grounds. The community offers residents the opportunity to lease a lot or rent a home, providing a sense of stability often desired over typical apartment living. The homes themselves frequently feature modern amenities and spacious layouts, which are particularly attractive to growing families in Utah’s second-largest city.
Prospective residents in Utah should be aware that, like all manufactured home communities, Riverside operates under a set of community rules and is overseen by a professional management team. While management aims to maintain a high quality of life and community appearance—a positive aspect—it is vital to understand that community policies, especially concerning vehicles and guest parking, can be quite strict. Some long-time residents have noted changes in management style and certain community rules that have led to frustration over parking enforcement and the handling of maintenance or policy disputes. We advise all potential residents to speak directly with the current management, review the community’s specific rules and regulations (bylaws), and consider the monthly lot rent increases before making a commitment to ensure the community lifestyle aligns with your family’s expectations and needs.
Despite management fluctuations and parking concerns that can arise in any dense community, the appeal of Riverside Manufactured Home Community lies in its core offering: a family-friendly, all-age environment with recreational amenities and direct access to the urban opportunities of West Valley City and Salt Lake City. The availability of homes for both purchase and rent offers valuable flexibility in Utah’s competitive housing market, making it a worthy consideration for those seeking stability and value.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Like the comment said about the parking.. It’s absolutely ridiculous.. There’s trucks that stick out onto the sidewalk and never get towed.. But the rules are that cars can’t be over the sidewalk.. Also ran into one of those trucks and management never did anything. They just said to call the cops but cops won’t do anything.. Also say that all roads are emergency lanes when there’s only red paint by the stop signs(which cops have said the stops signs need to be more visible and not right on the corners, but they don’t care about that) cottonwood trees blowing cotton more than any place I’ve ever lived and it’s clogging up tenants ac.. To add to the parking we were also told it’s to stay in ordinance with the city, yet the city has no regulations about parking on a street.. It was done for years without any problem, even with fire trucks running through here.. But now it’s all of a sudden a problem and they’re not trying to add anymore parking in the lot… Which there’s plenty of space for more parking spots.look at the one star comments that wish they could give zero stars, so not move there.
June 25 · Pono801 YuliGreat area, bad management. They always increase rent but decrease amenities. Now they made a new rule that no one can park on the street during the day. It’s outrageous. They said that any guests have to park at the club house but there is barely any parking as it is. They are strict about the looks on some residents but less on others. Their management is getting worse and worse and it’s ruining their community.
May 14 · Elijah FletMy husband and I have been calling the office several times and leaving messages, yet no one has bothered to give us a call back. Went in person during open business hours and no one is ever there. Wish I can give this new manager 0 stars. Really miss Dolly she was an incredible manager very nice, sweet, and kind. Dolly was very good to communicate with. Tried to rent out the clubhouse and according to the new management everything is booked up until January 2025, which is pretty crazy to me as I've noticed the last couple of passing Saturday's no events have taken place at the clubhouse. Not to mention I was finally able to talk with the new manager after trying to get a hold of her for about 2 months now and she was pretty rude over the phone. Hoping for a much better, nicer, and respectful manager.
October 17 · Jazmin Avilacommunity been looking better within the last couple of months. Management is significantly better, they are open 90% more than last manager.
May 28 · electric TechI was told in November 2022 that I would be reimbursed $675.00 that I had to pay to trap racoons and have them removed. First Janet then Dolly kept telling me they were getting it taken care of. I should at least have it deducted from my rent. I appreciate the fact that the community is now taking care of the raccoon population, but they still owe me my money back. Thank you, Richard, at Critter Catchers!I would live to change my review score as positive actions are taken.I was contacted by Eric today. He was full of nothing but lies, no wonder they have gone through 2 managers in less than 2 years and now they are not standing by what I was promised. The prices here are abhorrent the upper management is not to be believed. If you have something important to say, go to the office and record on video what is said on both sides.
