Riverland RV Resort Introduce
For California travelers and long-term residents seeking an exceptional resort experience that blends the tranquility of nature with high-end recreational amenities, Riverland RV Resort in Kingsburg, CA, is a premier destination. Recognized as an RV park, campground, and resort hotel, Riverland is uniquely situated on the scenic Kings River, offering a stunning waterfront location that many describe as an oasis in the Central Valley. The resort spans 43 acres of recreational paradise, making it an ideal getaway for those seeking adventure, relaxation, and a true sense of vacation right in the heart of California.
The resort offers a wide variety of accommodation options, including spacious full hookup RV sites with 30/50 amp service, many of which are generously shaded by mature trees. Crucially, the resort prides itself on being the only one in the nation where every riverfront site includes a private beach with a full RV hookup—a major highlight for water-loving Californians. The environment is designed to be family-friendly and welcoming, with the management committed to high standards of cleanliness and safety. However, prospective guests should note that public reviews are mixed. While many praise the beautiful setting, spacious spots, and friendly atmosphere, some historical reviews have raised serious, isolated concerns regarding cleanliness, specifically mentioning issues like flea and tick bites and cat droppings in the sand area. The resort is committed to maintaining immaculate facilities, with recent reviews noting clean bathrooms and an active, friendly staff under new management, suggesting a renewed focus on addressing past issues and ensuring a high-quality guest experience.
Riverland RV Resort is perfectly positioned at 38743 CA-99, Kingsburg, CA 93631, USA. Despite being located just three miles east of Highway 99 (off Exit 112), which provides seamless access for RVers traveling north and south through California, the resort feels pleasantly removed from the hustle of the highway, thanks to its expansive 43-acre footprint and riverfront setting. The Central Valley location places it strategically close to major cities like Visalia (about 10 minutes away) and Fresno, giving guests easy access to larger retail centers, dining, and medical facilities.
The primary accessibility feature of the location is its immediate access to the Kings River, a major recreational asset for the region. The resort features its own marina and boat launch ramp, making it exceptionally easy for guests to enjoy water sports like boating, kayaking, and seasonal whitewater rafting. For guests with mobility needs, the resort is thoughtfully equipped with a wheelchair accessible entrance and wheelchair accessible parking lot, demonstrating a commitment to inclusivity. Furthermore, the area is a gateway to the majestic Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, which are within a short distance, offering world-renowned hiking and sightseeing to complement the resort's water-based recreation. Payment options are convenient, as the resort accepts Credit Cards and Debit Cards for camping fees.

June 07 · Mariela CardenasAmazing!! It's the closest place to take your family to the lake. It's only a 25 minute drive to fresno or tulare.
May 06 · drumsofindia drumsofindiaExcellent place to camp with the family. My kids loved 😍. Friendly staffRecommended 👍🏻
May 25 · DJDC ENTERTAINMENTI got there before the office posted closing hours but there was no one there to help check me in. Luckily the gate opened and I was able to find a spot, but I wasn't certain that it was the exact spot I had reserved because of the numbering system wasn't perfectly clear. I called the number and sent an email to the address available but didn't hear anything back. Everything worked out fine and I'm sure it was just a snafu of some kind.
