Riverland Mobilehome Ranch Reviews
Where to start, no high speed internet, they want a manicured dead yard, Owner keeps raising rent, They haven't put new gravel in the driveways for years, the trees aren't maintained and are a fire hazard/falling hazard. There's drug addicts and drug dealers all over the park. Keep your curtains closed if you don't want to get robbed. Not safe to walk at night especially in the front parking next to the frontage road as there's drug deals going on there constantly after it gets dark. Police will not come out to this area if they can help it and it doesn't look like they have security patrolling any more either, not that they would do anything if they were. But the manager is nice at least.
Jun 18, 2025 · Erin MisenerI think the entire road is cursed, but that's not exactly the parks fault. Must be something in the water.... Well, it was home for far too many years, and though I don't have anything bad to say about the park itself, I am incredibly happy to be outta there. Like I said, something in the water, I swear.
Feb 02, 2023 · Crystal HCool people and nice, clean, and pretty safe place. Manager is not too much of a people person, but he's ok. The only park on that frontage road that actually hires a security firm to help keep their place safe.
Feb 07, 2023 · Randy MerrillThe people in the evening while walking to the store are wonderful friendly neighbors. BUT they still have child molesters and drug dealers. As you walk around chatting, you can see the difference. Junk piles, security cameras all over their homes. Filthy looking. Those are the ones who are on drugs. They care more about the drugs then the home that they bought. Then the closed over windows and that neighbor is more of a hermit. May say high but stays away. Heed the warning and keep your kids close. The Owner and Managers need to do more. Caring home owners don't need trash around.
Feb 26, 2018 · Eve ColeThe park have mobile homes that are purchased. Owners of trailers should be allowed to have visitors no matter how long their stay, especially family members. And who's business is it anyways if I own a dog who is mixed with PITT BULL? He was always confined within the back yard, with the exception of escaping from me one night when him n I were getn dropped off one night around 10ish. He did chase a neighbor and corner her. But he was a puppy, it was night time and him n I both are night blinded. He's not a vicious 🐕🦺 by any means, he was merely scared. Which is the result of us leaving. Nosey neighbors,no bueno
