Riverdale Estates has great potential, but lacks curb appeal and consistent adequate management. Some Upgrades have been implemented such as with electric and gas. The park has very poor lighting at night. I hope the owner will consider better street lights as it is not safe. It would be a lot nicer place to live if the management enforced the rules and regulations of the park. Management needs to be consistent and follow through with notices of noncompliance. Riverdale Estates is a 55+ community, but there are several underage people living in the park. Most owners take pride in ownership and some don’t, but if rules and regulations were enforced Riverdale Estates could be a very nice place to live.

Owners don’t seem to want to spend money on mantainance. Biggest problem currently is owners unwillingness about caring for the tall palm trees. Suddenly it is residents’ obligation. Trees are laden with fruit and old fronds. It is very dangerous. ’

New purchasers need to fully investigate their options and rights.
