The park's location on Rivercreek Drive suggests a residential setting, likely away from the immediate bustle of downtown but still well-connected. While some information indicates a "car-dependent" walk score, typical for many mobile home parks, this means that most errands will require a car, which is standard for living outside dense urban centers. The community's proximity to major roads in Washington ensures that residents can easily access local shopping centers, medical facilities, schools, and employment opportunities within minutes. This strategic location offers residents a balance between the quietude of a dedicated community and the convenience of city access.
- Mail Services: The community provides convenient mail services, meaning residents don't need to travel off-site to the post office for their mail.
- Playground: An on-site playground is available, serving as a hub for community connection and recreation for children and families.

- On-Site Office: The presence of an "On-Site Office" implies that management is available within the community to address resident needs and inquiries, though some reviews indicate potential challenges with responsiveness.

- Comfortable and Stylish Homes: The homes are described as "super comfy and stylish," providing residents with adequate space and modern amenities.
- Sturdy and Well-Made Structures: Manufactured homes are generally built in controlled environments, contributing to their perceived sturdiness and quality.

- Potential for Outdoor Lifestyle: Its proximity to the Pamlico River and nearby natural areas like Croatan National Forest supports an outdoor-oriented lifestyle.
It is important to acknowledge that some customer reviews highlight challenges. Specifically, there have been reports of difficulty reaching management via phone or email, issues with appointments, and concerns regarding neighbor behavior (e.g., ATVs, scooters, unleashed dogs) and the timeliness of trash removal. While these are critical points for prospective residents to consider, it's also important to weigh them against the intended benefits of affordability, community, and amenities that the park promotes.

Rivercreek Reviews
No one will answer calls or emails. No one available during office hours or will even show up for your appointment. Big waste of time or energy to try to even talk to someone.
Apr 04, 2025 · Jolynn WalkerIt's okay to live depending on your neighbors. Cars, ATV, scooters are annoying. Park owners do not haul away trash fast enough.
Dec 17, 2024 · marian tabak smithBefore the new management took over maintenance didn't fix my repairs. My A.C. was burned out with me and my infant son in the home at the time. It was 90 degrees in the home and toilet ran constantly it ran my water bill up to $600.00 because nobody didn't fix repairs. But when I got a lawyer and sued that's when the old management wanted sell the property. It was a lot of fraud going on back then. And crime was terrible in the area and breakins.
Sep 26, 2022 · mochalatay0826Worst place to live full of crooks an criminalsNew owner did lots of much needed repairs to the roads. But 300.00 a month is way to much. No street lights. One guy owns lot's of the homes and he loves section 8. Because they paid higher rents than other people can afford to pay. I wouldn't give it one star to many crazy lease rules . Just read the lease you'll run away
