I stayed here about a month. It's very peaceful quiet and friendly. The dog park is a decent size. Love how they are dog friendly and they do provide bags for any messes. The owner was wonderful she got us in and settled very quickly. Often times you will see her about the campgrounds should you need her. Also love how they have "quiet time" that's at 10pm. So I didn't have to worry about any loud noises! 10/10 definitely recommend. Power and water and waste is all included. Trash is by the front entrance. They have showers and a pool table as well. They have wifi and they have cable. Can't beat that. Will definitely come to stay again.

Great place to vacation they offer long term as well as Short term stays .water and electric included Wi-Fi and apparently cable but I haven't used that yet.best prices around town . Laundry facility on site and bath house.close to everything

I lived here for almost 8 months and unfortunately I can't wait to departure because I confronted the "Boss Lady" and she wanted to persist that there is nothing she can do about people in the park having some heavy hard core drugs. But there's nothing she can do about it? So if she can't who can? Ecxactly the management here is very not friendly for kids. So just from a wise person to you (hopefully a wise fella) if you have a baby, kid, teenager, and your trying to get to a better area, I promise this is not the place you want your kids to roam. They give notices for the silliest things, "there's to many leaves on the awning" mind you, they have trees above our houses, also, when they have the tree guys come out, they to do not do there job. But as for a fun environment this is not it, there dog park is full of fleas, it's NEVER maintenance, there's never poop bags in the poop bag dispenser. Honestly this place will waste your money...

Overall not a bad place to stay. People are friendly. It's quiet lots of shade trees. Laundry and bath house available free water and cable with plenty to watch when the rain comes. Could use a pool and need a inline filter to use the water but it's palatable with that. Been there three months and have had no complaints

In reference to amandas review. the mobile home section has their own mailboxes so no one actually handles the mail for that side, also the water leak was taken care of and testing was completed and no mold was found, also before making false acquisitions, your refund was deposited into your credit card as of 10/7/21 and if that was not completed, a call to the office would of been appreciated so we could follow up with it for you. All furniture left behind in home was left by purpose and not due to mold as the resident ask another resident to remove it for them because they could not and we removed it with no charge. Please note that if you continue to deface our community and speak of false acquisitions, we will have to get our attorney involved. If our community was so bad, then way did you need to work with us when you needed extra help? we open up the opportunity to work with our team so that you could continue to pay your rent. Please keep rotten opinions to your self if untrue.
