Rio Valley Estates Reviews
2024 updateGood news, the residents here got a notice in advance of rent increase this time.Bad news, rent went up another $25.00/mo. effective this month.Everything else is the same.We have lived here for over 20 years. Be aware if you’re looking at this park as rent has gone up approximately $25 a month (x 12 = $250/yr. x 200 spaces = $60k) every year for the past several years. Rent increases used to be $15/mo. We started at $275/mo, granted that was a long time ago but we also had security, trash p/u 2x week. There are lots and lots of dogs, supposed to be a limit of 2 and max weight 40 lbs. but there are residents who have 4 dogs, large dogs, barking dogs, aggressive dogs. Lots of rules that are not followed so those of us who follow the rules are the minority.

I'm not a yard work guy but they do it for you for a small cost because they want this place to be beautiful. Let's face it I'm not a millionaire, hell not even a thousandaire but this place makes you hold up to those standards and that's (more importantly works with you to get there) extremely rare......bottom line I love this place.
