My mother lives here and she is always having issues with water backing up and electricity going out. From my understanding they've raised the rent a couple times and you'd think that they'd put that money into resolving these issues. Let's just see how management turns out this time.
Jun 25, 2017 · Sandra EsquivelSandra sorry to hear your parents had an issue but after speaking to them i told not to ever wait till office is open please call the Redbird number and leave a message with lot # and the problem no matter how far i am i will get them to it to get fixed and also leave a call back number , the problem was fixed already and we are doing clean up i have never heard from them on an electrical problem so not sure what happen there , But please feel free to call with any issues and i will try my best to resolve right away.
